quick question

ok, so i have a quesiton and i would like to know the answer. it's not deep. but it does make me wonder. when i exercise, more to moderate-vigorous intensity, i get itchy. mainly in my legs. why do my legs get itchy? is it just me? is it something to do with my body trying to get rid of the heat? what is it?

Doesn't sweating make you itch?

i don't think it's the sweating that makes me itch, because i don't sweat that much, that's why i think maybe i get itchy because i don't sweat all that much and my body has to get rid of the heat somehow

Not particularly insightful, but at least you know you're not alone!
