paul borden and big ross

i got to go to a conference today. i got to hear paul borden twice in one day. what a wise man. he had so much good stuff to say. i admire greatly people who are wise. i want to be wise. he talked about the essentials of a leader. passionate was the first one. just the other day i was talking with someone about what kind of a leader my father is. my father is passionate. about God (and the adelaide crows). i want to be passionate.
